Our traditional, whole-muscle hardwood smoked ham. We start with hams from our free-raised hogs, salt cure for a week then smoke heavily for 16 hours.
We've attempted to create a classic smoked ham "just like grandma used to make." Juicy, balanced flavor with bold smokiness.
Great for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, or family events. Slow cook whole or slice for sandwiches. It's a fully-cooked ham but we recommend heating before serving.
