A quarter carcass of our pasture-raised, dry-aged beef custom cut for your home freezer.

Follow these four steps to order:

1) Select your cut preferences in the charcoal-colored box below (ex: bone-in ribeye or boneless, etc.). Our default half beef breakdown is listed below.

2) Select your grind preferences in the box below (speciality sausages are in increments of 10 lbs but no limit to poundage)

3) During checkout, tell us which cuts from the default list you do NOT want in the comments box - those will go into grind (except bones and organs).

4) Purchase & checkout to confirm order and enter production timeline.

- Minimum 3-5 week timeline until order fulfilled

- All specialty smoked items have an extra charge of $2.50/lb.

- Please watch for additional invoice after your original purchase should you choose specialty smoked items.
